Bodyweight Circuit Really good for fat burning if you have no gym.

These are really good to throw in at the end of a workout and really hit the places crunches can’t reach.

Fat Burning Total body Exercises
These are great and i use them on Light days to get some extra fat burnt off.

I used to really hate doing Cardio work and found it boring but using HIIT High Intensity Interval Training Workouts I now love it.
